On behalf of Mitch and our family, we wanted to sincerely thank the Belconnen Cats Community for their very generous and kind contributions to the latest ‘Doin it for Mitch’ fundraiser!

This is the third occasion the Club has raised funds for us and we are extremely grateful for the support and encouragement you have provided Mitch in his battle against cancer over the last 16 months.

Thanks so much to the Committee, the Parents and the Players of the Belconnen Cats Football Club for everything you have done for Mitch. We really appreciate all of the thoughts, prayers and well wishes we’ve received, every little bit helps.

Mitch attended both of the U17’s Finals matches and was so happy to see some of his former teammates raise the Premiership Cup at Football Park – it was great victory and a fantastic day!

Mitch continues to receive treatment and has shown amazing resilience over the last 16 months. His strength and courage has been unbelievable and very inspirational.
